How to Measure Yourself

Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the ground. Don't pull tight — keep it comfortably snug.

Waist
Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button.

Hips
Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, about 8" below your waist.
Use a soft fabric measuring tape. Always measure over bare skin or lightweight clothing for accuracy.
