LA’AVANA Swimwear Return Policy
At LA’AVANA, we strive to ensure that you love your swimwear. However, if you need to make a return, please review our policy below:
1. Hygiene Requirements
To be eligible for a return, all swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with the hygiene liner and all tags attached. For health and safety reasons, items that do not meet these requirements cannot be returned.
2. Time Frame
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items returned after this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
• Full-priced items are eligible for a refund to the original payment method, store credit, or exchange.
• Items purchased with a discount of 20% or more are only eligible for store credit or exchange.
4. Final Sale Items
All items marked as final sale, clearance, or part of a special promotion (40% off or more) cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Proof of Purchase
A valid order confirmation email or receipt is required for all returns.
6. Return Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received. LA’AVANA is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
7. Custom or Personalized Swimwear
Swimwear that has been customized or monogrammed is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email our customer service team at returns@laavana.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item.
3. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 5-7 business days.
